The main project’s target group is formed by 238 children at risk identified in the 3 communes (Cumpăna, Vînători-Neamţ and Prundeni) from which 28 of Roma people, with the age between 7 and 15 years. Moreover, it is considered as a secondary target group, the group formed of 200 parents of the children at risk and its family members (relatives of IV grade) and the 45 social assistants, the teachers and the volunteers directly implicated in the socio-educational centre’s activities.
